You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being shipped. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to send it back.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pettoystore.net, and we’ll make it right.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Customized products (e.g., personalized name tags)
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Want a different size or item? The quickest way is to:
Request a return for the original item.
Place a new order once the return is accepted.
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time by your bank/credit card company may vary.
