1. Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally! Our products are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped using trusted global carriers.

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other countries: 10–21 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime at our Track Order page.


3. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your destination and order value. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, so stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter!


4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at support@pettoystore.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


7. Are there any items that can’t be returned?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items on final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards
